“How The Grinch Stole Christmas”:A Mom and Tiny Human Review

The Grinch hates Christmas, the whole Christmas season and in this book he finally takes it upon himself to do something about it.

Dressed as Santa Claus he slinks from door to door and through the skinniest of chimneys in Whoville to steal away Christmas from the snoozing Whos.

With traditional Seussian rhyme-scheme and iconic illustration “How The Grinch Stole Christmas” is a fully immersible tale with the old Mr. Grinch learning a thing or two about the season of giving.

Yes!!!! We recommend reading this to anyone and everyone who will listen. This is meant to be read aloud.

Our family starts our December reading list with this classic every year. The good Dr. Seuss captures the greedy green monster that can sometimes live in all of us and reminds us to resist the commercialism of Christmas. Community and caring are the greatest gifts. ❤️

While we know the Grinch is supposed to be the bad guy, we can’t help but love him. He is so wonderfully nasty. We love us an evil fuzzy grouch. With his disgustingly dastardly deeds and his faithful doggie Max he is one of our all time favorite villains.
